JPMorgan warns 465,000 card users on data loss after cyberattack.
JPMorgan Chase notified around 465,000 holders of prepaid UCard debit cards that their unencrypted personal information may have been obtained by hackers during a July data breach. The cards were issued to corporations to pay employees and to government agencies to pay benefits and tax refunds.

Illinois Central Railroad faces fines of $110,500 after US Department of Labor’s OSHA inspection finds worker exposure to lead.
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited Illinois Central Railroad Co., for one willful and six serious safety violations with potential fines of $110,500 following a May 29 inspection at a bridge worksite in Chicago where workers were observed without necessary safety and health protection, among other violations.

Suspect stole ammunition, rifle from Cleburne police SWAT team, police say.
Police are searching for a suspect who broke into a Cleburne Police Department building and stole a rifle, ammunition, and other police gear. Some of the items were recovered near the building.
