QUAD-CITIES, Iowa â€“ Bush Construction has been named as the general contractor for Phase 2 of the Western Illinois University Quad Cities (WIU-QC) Riverfront Campus in Moline, IL. According to Rob Davis, Bush Constructionâ€™s Project Manager for Phase 2, the contractorâ€™s $29.5 million approved bid covers construction of three buildings. Like Phase 1 of construction for the Riverfront Campus, Phase 2 will be a green building project.
